By downloading, installing, or using Memoria AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Memoria AI is an AI-powered life story preservation app that:
You may create an account using Sign in with Apple or email. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
You retain full ownership of all content you create through the App, including voice recordings, interview transcripts, photos, Life Book content, family tree data, and voice cloning samples.
By using the App, you grant Memoria AI a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services to you. We do not claim ownership of your content.
The voice cloning feature creates a synthetic voice model based on audio samples you provide. By using this feature, you represent that:

All purchases are processed through the App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms. Prices are displayed in the App and are subject to change.

The App, including its code, design, branding, and proprietary algorithms, is owned by Memoria AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.
The App integrates with third-party services, including Firebase (Google) and MiniMax AI. Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the content, functionality, or availability of third-party services.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. AI-GENERATED CONTENT IS PROVIDED WITHOUT ANY GUARANTEE OF ACCURACY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MEMORIA AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, OR LOSS OF PERSONAL CONTENT, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Memoria AI and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users, the App, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Memoria AI operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
