Memoria AI ("Memoria," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application (the "App").

We use Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and Cloud Storage to manage accounts, store your data, and host media files. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard encryption. Data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure.
We use MiniMax AI for text generation (interview dialogue, chapter content), text-to-speech synthesis, and voice cloning. Your voice samples and interview transcripts are transmitted to MiniMax solely for the purpose of generating content for your personal Life Book. Voice cloning samples are used exclusively to generate voice content for you.
Memoria AI offers three privacy levels for your Life Book and content:

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time through the App's Settings screen. Upon deletion:

Memoria AI is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will promptly delete it.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your data may be processed on servers located outside your country of residence, including in the United States (Google Cloud) and China (MiniMax AI). We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
